TATE Library
MOCA London is working to create a digital and physical archive of MOI.
Artists from the MOI era are giving physical documentation, invite cards, limited edition catalogues and prints created for their MOI project to Tate Library for their permanent collection.
MOCA will be digitally adding this archival material to this site as new materials are donated to Tate Library.
MOCA London would like to thank the artists for their participation and gifts, and Tate Library for agreeing to hold this material for research and historical purposes. Researchers may make an appointment with Tate Library here to review and access the actual physical documents.
This archive in digital and physical form fills a gap (online and in a research facility open to the public) in the historical record for the London arts scene in the late 1980’s and early 1990s when installation as a global practice was developing.
